Hey, i'm Michael! I've dived into the Buddhism practices which brought levels of inner peace, contentment and an even higher engagement with my own life, contrary to popular belief about Eastern traditions.
I've dealt with ~15 years of anxiety, ruminating hours in the night and stressing over things I couldn't control or anticipate.
Working in intense start-ups environments & performance agencies, these experiences (which we call simply suffering) were amplified. It didn't help dealing with ADHD symptoms either.
If these sound familiar, you're probably dealing with high amounts of unnecessary suffering as well.
The practices i focus on are Labelling & Noticing, done in simple, everyday experience. No need to get back pains staying still in one place and concentrating on "not thinking".
You don't need to take up any spiritual teachings, nor give up any tradition you're part of either.
