Hey, i'm Michael! I've managed to use the Buddhist Fetters to reduce my day-to-day suffering levels by 90% and enjoy a baseline peace and contentment years ago i would have not imagined.
After dealing with 15 years of anxiety, ruminating and rarely enjoying the present moment, while working in intense start-ups & agency environments, amplifying it all, finding a path that worked to reliably reduce subjective suffering was almost a miracle.
Using the same Fetters model, I've supported dozens of individuals to reduce their suffering, across wide demographics - 11 different countries & cultures, younger and older, parents, spiritual seekers, tech workers & artists.
The practices are accesible for anyone, regardless of prior meditation experience. Direct pointing is done in plain, everyday consciousness. You can choose to sit and meditate or simply practice them while going around your day.
You also don't need to take up any spiritual beliefs, nor give up any tradition you're already part of.
The Fetters Model
Fetters can be used to gain insight into the working of your mind and subjective experience, starting from seeing through the seemingly Separate Self, into Oneness, Brahman and ultimately even through I AM-ness.

Your baseline wellbeing increases as more of the illusory beliefs are let go of, starting with an initial visible burst at the first 3, but accelerating especially with the breaking of Fetters 4 & 5 (Reactivity).
