Hey, i'm Michael and guiding in the 10 Buddhist Fetters, mostly direct-pointing. Through working with them, i've reduced my moment-to-moment suffering levels by ~90%. Currently enjoying a much higher baseline contentment and peace, that the "me" years ago would have not expected it's available.
This changed tremendously after some 10-15 years of anxiety, depression bouts, ruminating and rarely enjoying the now moment. In case its your jam, I can thoroughly relate to working in intense workplaces, start-ups, agencies, which amplify the mental challenges, and finding a path that worked to reliably increase wellbeing was nothing short of a bit of a miracle.
It energizes me to guide in Fetters and have supported 50+ individuals in reducing their suffering, across wide demographics - 11 different countries & cultures, younger and older, parents, spiritual seekers, tech workers & artists.
The beauty of Fetters approach lies in its accessibility, disregarding if you're new to contemplative practices or an advanced meditator.
Direct pointing works with your natural awareness, and you can engage with it in whatever way serves you best - whether that's through sitting meditation or while going about your chores and responsibilities.

Note: Nothing is paid unless/until you See through Fetters 1-3.
